The CanCard Rota-Markmate is practically a plug and play dot marking machine that's easy to use right out of the box.

The Rota-Markmate is made simple and efficient and designed to mark cylindrical parts of varying size. Operating off of a standard 220/110 volt electricity source with no air supply required, the Rota-Markmate is also much quieter than pneumatically operated systems.

The Rota-Markmate operates by rotating the part at a controlled speed that allows the secure base unit to dot mark the surface of the part in a legible, human readable manner. The simple but rugged design allows for easy parts loading and unloading that takes but a few seconds between pieces.

As with all CanCard Marking products, the Rota-Markmate creates a long-lasting durable and readable mark that will survive the harshest of environments. The mark will even remain readable after such processes as painting, sandblasting and heat treating.
